Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
